Taken and stolen bikes

Hey all,

I tried to contact Airbnb help center, unfortunately didnt get any answer. I'm offering two bikes once I'm renting my place. One of my guests didnt lock the bike correctly and it was taken (only lock left). I managed to get replacement bike from a friend but unfortunately during another visit the bike was stolen. This time the guests even didnt use the bikes. Do I have any right to claim something from airbnb insurance? Also I started to read about liabilities once something happen during the guests are using my bikes. I think is very handy for guests to get bikes once they are in Amsterdam and it makes their life easier. But maybe its not worthy all the hassle...
