2 rooms

I have 2 separate ensuite rooms, that can be let as one or 2 different bookings, however my first booking is for the 2 rooms but I am only getting payment for 1 room. I have clearly listed it wrongly, how do I list the price per room as they are separate rooms.

You need to list each room separately and then if you wish, a third listing for both rooms together.

Does that mean calendars are linked, so if someone books one room, another booking for 2 rooms is not possible on same date. 

Sorry for silly questions but am new to this and Airbnb site not very helpful.

Calendars do not link unless you tell them to.

Hello @Alan235,

As @Marit-Anne0 says, you have to link the calendars.

If you click on "Help" the first heading that should show up is "Listing your place". Click on that and then on the article about listing multiple rooms. That article has a link for instructions on linking the calendars.
