Accepted booking

How does someone send an enquiry and at the same time be accepted and booking is confirmed without my ever knowing it? Need to contact airbnb but at what number?  where?

You have instant book activated - that is why.  It is not likely that you can reverse this booking now.  You need to turn off instand book for this not to happen again.

Hi @Maryam0,

It is because you have Instant Book turned on.  When it is turned on, people can just book without you needing to confirm or getting a chance to ask questions of the guest.  I would recommend you turn off Instant Book until you familiarize yourself with Airbnb.

Also, be careful not to cancel booking on guests as the penalties are quite punitive towards the host.
