Accepting a notification

Could someone tell me how to accept a reservation? I have got a notification but Ai don’t know how to communicate with the guest??

@Catherine1259 You need to go to your hosting pages to the Messaging section. You should see your guest's inquiry or request there and can reply to it. You can't reply to a notification, it just alerts you that you have a message in your account Inbox.
