Accidentally Cancelled Trip

So I had booked a trip last week for a trip mid June and was approved and have already paid for it. Then today I booked another trip for the next week and when I went into my trips tab it said I cancelled my first trip! I dont think that I cancelled it on my end and my host says they didnt cancel. 

What could have happened?! Is there any way to un-cancel or what could have made this happen?
