Address still Wrong

Hi guys 

We have contacted chat and been on the community forums where we where told that our address had been updated. Whenever we move the pin on a PC or MAC its says saved and then resets back to the original location.

The community said to use an iPhone or iPad we did when we click DONE 4 seconds later we get an error. Our pin is showing as 3 hours away, I was told this has been esculated but have heard nothing in over a week :0(
