Air B and B app showing a booking but nothing on the site

Hi guys.

We are new to Air b and b. I use the website and the app.

We have a couple of bookings for our apartments this year. This morning the app is saying I have one new booking within the next 30 days. Although nothing is showing in my account.

I logged into the website and its not showing any new bookings for the next 30 days.

Any one else experience this?

@Nathan148 I don't know if this is happening in your situation,

but in a previous case a host had two different accounts, and was logging into the app using account #1,

but logging into the web site using account #2.

That explained why the app would see bookings and the web site did not.
