Air bnb payout issues

Hi All 

plesse help ive experienced some serious issues with Airbnb paying me out... I app was hacked a week ago, now I’ve been told my payout was reversed by my bank and to update my bank details. Then I’ve been sent an email saying I was overpaid by a guest and no action required.. this is the payment that was reversed but I rang my bank and no payment has been reversed from my account. I am getting no answers from air bnb and they just keep saying we are working on it. HELP!! I am worried my personal details have been jepodised
