AirBnb withheld money from my debit card

I used Airbnb instant book to reserve a house yesterday and i realize that it doesn't list in my trip. I've contact the host and she cannot find my booking too. I was called to airbnb customer service center, they informed me that i do not make any reservation since last month. but airbnb withheld the amount from my debit card. the customer service ask me to provide them a bank statement to prove it. I already provide them the transaction reference number and transaction time but no action was taken by airbnb. Any advise?

Contact your bank/ card company - they have a responsibilty to sort out missing payments and will do it much easier than you trying to work with AirBnB

contact my bank and the transcation has been approved and charged  by airbnb. Tried to call and email Airbnb since yesterday but only received an email this morning to informed me that their colleague will assist me soon.
