Airbnb careers project?!-possible Virus???

I received two requests today for the same dates from two different guests to whom I responded promptly. After my response they wrote back and both had this message at the bottom 'Have you heard about the new Airbnb Careers Project? It's easy to earn money. I've made the travel money very easy using this Airbnb Project website Airbnb-Jobs.International'
After I accepted the first guest her message and inquiry disappeared from my dashboard. Is this a possible virus?

Not likely a virus, but possibly some kind of scam. If there was an actual reservation made that has disappeared, you'll want to follow up with Airbnb about the situation.
