Airbnb currency conversion problem

i am a host trying to book a guest from china and offer them a special rate

it shows their charge being RMB9603 and that i earn NZD1698 which is NZ$1750 less NZ$52 service fee.

I am good with the NZD charges only my potential guest says RMB9603 is NZD2000 so she is not happy.

What is happening here?

I am confused.

Remember airbnb charged the host and a guest a fee.

The guest fee is higher than the host's.
