Airbnb hasn't transferred my payout

Air bnb have held $1315 from a guests stay in August last year..  Ive been emailing and calling for 2 months.  They tell me they are resolving and absolutely nothing is happening. Im now going to Consumer affairs.  Has anyone had this and know how to get them to respond??

I'm really sorry to hear that you're still waiting for a payout from last year. I understand this must be very frustrating. Unfortunately all I can suggest is that you contact Airbnb again and check the status of this issue, I'm sorry I can't be more help than that!
