Airbnb have duplicated a payment for a booking we made

Hi, cannot find any other way of contacting airbnb.  We made a journey to a airbnb listed property in Florence in November and airbnb have charged us twice for the same visit, how do we get the refund on this overpayment?

If this was via credit card, then call your credit card company who have a legal obligation to investigate and refund you. Easier than chasing AirBnB. Likewise if it was direct from your bank account - it is an unrecognised charge...so again, banks generally refund while they investigate
