Airline Mile Partnerships

Hi everyone,

Has their been any discussion about Air BnB partnering with any major airlines to provide milage bonuses?

I realize this would be difficult given the established relationships that airlines have with hotels, but it would go a long way in incentivizing the use of Air BnB for business travel (the current $50 credit after a night of business stay is not very compelling).

Does anyone have other creative ideas for making business travel via Air BnB more worthwhile? Maybe a % credit back to your personal account?

PS I am not sure what "Room & Board" to categorize this under. I'm surprised there isn't a "Suggestions" category.

My Alaska Airlines credit card currently offers 5% cash back when you book travel on Airbnb - so I'm assuming there are partnerships out there.  Maybe others could comment if they know of more.

I believe Delta, Qantas and Virgin America has partnership with AirBnB right now.
