All SMS notifications about anything stopped working

Hi,

I am a superhost, use web (PC) and phone (Android) variants of website.

Cca 2 weeks ago all notifications (inquiries, bookings, chat) stopped working completely via SMS.

They almost never worked via mobile phone app, but it was OK because I was immediately notified via SMS about any activity and could check.

Now I have to check web app/phone app constantly if anybody wants anything.

This is really hurting my business very directly! And conversely airbnb's too.

I didn't do anything to notifications setup, everything is ON as it was from day 1.

I have a Swiss phone, been host for > 2 years and this is first time happening. Other SMS for any other purpose keep working.

Any clue, suggestion etc is strongly welcomed.

@Martin621 this has been happening to people from time to time.

One thing that has been suggested is to go to your notifications preferences and turn all notifications *off*.

Then save.

Then turn your preferred notifications *on*.

Then save again.
