All The Rooms is an aggregator site that tries to work similarly to how Skycanner and Kayak work for flights, by scanning listings for many different types of accommodation listing sites and compiling them into one search. If it is functioning correctly, your Airbnb listing might appear alongside, say, a hotel room and a HomeAway listing in your area.
In practice, though, the site is poorly designed and the search extremely slow when I attempted to use it. The initial search form doesn't have enough filters to yield a cohesive or useful set of results. The search algorithm seems crude and lacking in sensitivity to location or user preferences, which ultimately wastes a lot of time and bandwidth. Another hitch is that Airbnb listings aren't directly bookable from offsite or without an account, so an aggregator isn't likely to supply much useful traffic to a host or simplify the booking process for a guest.
If you object to being searchable outside of the site, you can modify your Security settings. By default, your listing is visible so that it can come up in, for example, a word search on Google.
