Allow for an increased cleaning charge based on occupamcy

It would be nice to have the cleaning charge be something which is configurable based on occupancy. For example if I have more than 6 people staying I'd like to charge something more per person over 6 for the stay, not per night the way it is now..

I do that--but it's a manual process (special rate) and agreed upon by the guests first. And you can always add a price per person over so many people.
