Amex Card not accepted - guest has no other payment method.....

Hi,

A guest has been trying to make payment using her Amex card,  which is not being accepted by Airbnb. She has checked with her bank. There is no issue with the Credit Card. She or her family members do not hold any other cards. I am unable to contact customer Service as there doesn't seem to be any such service on Airbnb.co.in. We'd like some help, please.

Crap. Came here to see why my Amex isn't working. I guess it's still an ongoing problem.

I can't add my Amex either. Airbnb customer servers haven't been helpful, one going around in circles repeating himself like a parrot after me explaining the issue, 45 minute call for them to hang up. Second call, again, goind around and around, they tell me they don't have a support section for the card issue and then they also tell me to contact my bank... when my card is working perfectly fine..
