Approved, no show, now the time is off the calendar

I had one of the Miami people ask to stay.  I approved, he is a no show, and the time is blocked.  It says waiting for payment!  So he did not even have a credit card on file when he booked?

1. The time is not available for other people to book

2. No way this guy is going to pay

3.  There is no cancellation button after it is approved, if I do, it goes against me.
