Arrival information

We have a self check in procedure. Our front doors have an electronic lock and we provide a unique door code to the guest. This allows guest to check in any time without us waiting for them.

This information is send by email to the guest, but we notice some guest are not getting the email (send to their Airbnb email account).

It would be helpfull to enter this information on the Airbnb site : door code, gate code.

We have self catering aaprtments where minimum stays apply for either Low, Mid or High Seasons during the year. I know of no way to reflect a minimum stay of 2 nights for Low, 4 nights for Mid or 7 nights for High Season on our calendars?? Perhaps I am missing a trick here or it is just that this facility is not available?
