Availability set up

I am new to this, and just set up my account.

When I set up the account, I wanted to set for limited aveilability, and this was one of the 3 options, and I clicked it.
After I did some updates, I by mistake clicked another setting, so it seems now it is always aveilable, unless I block out dates.

Now this option is no longer coming up in aveilability settings, now I can only choose between what I have and instant booking.

How can I come back and get this 3 options again?

I mean, I want to set it up as ocasionally rent my apartment...
This was an optional setting when I set up, but after I clicked the wrong one, it is not coming up again.

Can anyone help me how to set this back?
Pls let me know.
