Bank Error

I had recently had payoust go direcctly to my bank account but then i got an error message...even though previous deposits went through and nothing had changedwith my account information. I have subsequently switched payouts to PayPal and reapplied for bank deposits but two reservation payments are missing and I should have received them by now. Contacting Airbnb directly rather than the community has been a challenge. Anyone have any ideas about resolving this?  Thanks!
