Bank Payment Does Not Match Guest Payment

Hi,

Usually when I recieve payment the amount I recieve into my bank account is the same as the amount the guest pays minus the service charge. However, I have just had a guest pay £482 and I have only recieved £382 into my bank.

Does anyone having this problem or can they explain it?

Could it be due to exchange rates? And if so where do I find the Air BnB exchange rate - a £100 drop is quite substantial if so and does not make sense.

Thanks,
Pete.
