Blocking rude individuals

I've had a particular individual get a little testy with me in our communications trying to inquire about my property.  I declined his request and the rudeness continues.  How do I block this person from seeing me or my property?

Click on his profile picture and you should see a little flag icon with the words "report this user"  Click on it and you should get a menu of options for the reason you are flagging them.

Not sure how to inform airbnb about this bug, but you can only report a single user for one thing. ie, if you've already reported the user for one thing (in my case, passing on direct contact info), you can't report them for another (being incredibly rude and aggressive about viewing the place pre-booking)
