Hi. I have a problem with a booking. I booked one night in Palermo on the 3 of August for two people (Confirmation code: HMZ83EFBK9) and I received the confirmation of the payment, but the host said he does not receive the booking but only a pre-booking. What Ia have to do? Thanks ALice
