Booking received despite guest having no reviews

Hi there, I've received a booking today from a guest who has no previous reviews.  I have set the rule that requires all my guests to have reviews prior to booking.  How has this one slipped through?  Any help would be useful.

@Louise130 If it was a real booking that slipped through your IB settings, you'd have to call Airbnb about that. If you don't already have them on speed dial, just Google 'contact Airbnb UK' or go to Hosts in CC, and follow link in 2nd post from top leading you to contact link.

There are not settings that say potential guests need to have any reviews at all - it says the guests need to be RECOMMENDED by a previous host.  That just means a previous host has given them a thumbs up, not that they had to actually write a review for them.

 

I would double check your settings and then Contact Airbnb if you still feel something is amiss.
