Booking

Hi. I am trying to make a booking and have £30 in credit. The initial page deducts the £30 but when I press book now it doesn't appear and it appears to charge me the full amount. It also says that it is booking in USD even though I have set it for the UK and Pounds. Can anyone please advise me. I want to be able to get the £30 credit. Many thanks Islay

First, if you are booking from the US, you will be charged in US $ - even if you have set it to show you the price in UK £.

Second, I think I remember a similar situation happening to us - however when we checked our credit card, the amount deducted was the correct amount (ie minus the credit). 

If it isn't correct then just contact AirBnB and let them issue you a refund for $30
