I have tried to book a reservation for a studio in Paris and it keeps to ask me to take a selfie or to try using mobile app. What is the use of all this steps I have already provided my photo. Actually I do bookings for my company's colleagues when someone is going on a trip. Its frustrating that I have to provide so much information and I have to get permission from my colleague to book their apartment.
