Broken Iron how do I get it replaced?

So we had two 7 day bookings while we were overseas. We got back to find our iron had had something melted on it and it doesn't switch on. I've contacted the last group about it but yet to hear back. I have no idea how to be in touch with Airbnb.

Okay, this is NOTHING against @Courtney63 but have any other hosts on here noticed lately (I've been lurking and reading for about a month ... educating myself) that MANY hosts have NO idea how to contact AirBnB?
