Business Travel Ready [Pets]

Our Airbnb property is separate from our home. Entirely separate, except for the yard.

Our family has a dog. This dog is not allowed in the Airbnb property. He does roam the yard to do his business and sniff the air.

It seems that the general consensus is that the "no pets rule" is geared at the Airbnb property. The dog doesn't live, wander, or sniff the inside of that proprty; therefore, there is no pet.

But so there are no surprises, make sure it still states in the profile that there is a dog. 

Yes? No? Other tips, advice? We're really interested in attracting business travelers.

I would just mention the dog in the description so that you cover yourself in the case some guest freaks out about it.
