CAN'T UPLOAD PICTURES SO I CAN'T BOOK~!!

I am an active host and frequent traveler.  Just tried to book a trip for 2 weeks from now, and they are requiring me to upload ID and photo (which need to look alike).  I don't look like my ID.. my passport is old and I've lost 30 pounds since my drivers' license photo was taken.  They don't match!!  It's been 24 hours now of nothing but an email saying.. "we're sorry, but booking your stay is taking a little longer that usual. We'll sent you another email soon!"  Is there ANYONE you can CALL  or CHAT WITH at Airbnb??  I'm all for security, but this is extremely frustrating... and, I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to the host.
