Calendar / Availability Settings / Reservation Preferences / Advance Notice
Hey Airbnb Hosts, I just wanted to share this information with you in case anyone else had this issue. Long story short, with daily monitoring of the calendar I concluded the reason the calendar was marked unavailable the day after a booking was due Advance Setting Notice being set at “At least 7 days’ notice.
When I adjusted the setting to “At least 3 days’ I noticed the unavailable marker disappeared.
