Calendar issues.

 

The new calendar will no longer allow a half day change over booking.  Therefore, I keep getting a double booking situation.  I have emailed with regards to this issue but the advice I was given did not resolve the issue.  My change overs are between 11 am and 3 pm and so I need to have some advice on how to resolve this issue.    I have had to cancel a booking and have been charged for this.  I would like this refunded to me please.  More importantly, the fact that I am having to cancel bookings for this reason is unacceptable for clients and creates a bad impression on my profile.

 

I await your advice and confirmation of refund.
