Calendar pre approval issue

A guest I pre approved didnt book in time and now they have asked for a preapproval again and Airbnb wont let me pre approve them a second time for the same dates...it says that my calendar is unavailable. The dates are Feb 1-5th. What do I do?

Your entire listing is blocked out for february and your private room listing is blocked out for 1 2 and 3rd feb, it looks as if your pre-approval was accepted and has changed to a reservation. Examine your mails and dashboard to see if this is the case if not contact airbnb to free up your calendar. Why do the same people want to pre-aproove for a further 24hrs, why don't they just book up?

I have a similar issue. I am trying to pre appove a date, it won't let me. Calander says open. I don't see a problem, but app says no-go.
