Can a guest edit a mistaken star rating?

We are only in our first four months of being AirBnB hosts and have received great reviews and star ratings... until today 😞 The guests left yesterday and wrote a review today. The review was glowing and covered specific details and included the comment that they would definitely be back. However, the last four categories' (of eight) star ratings were 1s and 2s. We think that had to have been a mistake!

 

So we're wondering if we contact the guest and ask if it was a mistake, can he change his star ratings?

you can contact the guest to ask him why he rated so low and what can be improved.

But Airbnb won't change his star rating.

I recently had a very nice guest but she gave me  4 for cleanliness and 5 for everything else. When I contacted her about this she said that it was a mistake and should have also been a 5. There appears to be no way of rectifying a mistake like this.
