Can i list a property twice, one as a 1 bedroom, the other as a 2 bedroom?

I would like to offer the same apartment and link the calendars, so that i can rent it and lock one bedroom so people who are looking for just the one room, benefit from a cost without negotiation and what not. Also during slower times, 1 bedrooms are more attractive and i would like to be able to cater to those people and come up in the search.

@Juliana0, not a problem just set up the 2 listings then link the calendars I have it set up exactly that way and works fine .Seems that some times of the year the 2 bed is more popular and other times the 1 bed but works out about 50/50 on bookings good luck Gayle
