Can't complete listening "It could be that the internet connection went down. Try again."

It says 86% completet and the last few steps are the tags for the apartment and who it suits for, last step is the name it's supposed to be named "Inner Center Mountain View - 2min to oldtown" I also tired AAA as name didnt work either and not clicking any of the tags or who it suits for.

Then I googled and found out it could be a browser issue, tried Opera then I came 1 Step further where they asked for SMS confirmation to post this listening, when I click publish listening this message appears in ALL BROWSERS

Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, Chrome

Something went wrong It could be that the internet connection went down. Try again.

and it loops there. Internet works fine.

Really time consuming this issue ! I tried to publish the listing 4 times ! Hope that will fix quickly !

Thank you, Iana, for helping me solve this problem! I have had the same problem today with different profiles, and tried to publish from different browsers and different computers... but the airbnb web platform seems to have a bug!! But I worked perfectly when trying to publish through the mobile app!! Try it, everyone, hope it works for you too.

Exactly the same problem here. Have wasted a good part of the day on it. I complete a section, save it and then it disappears. There doesn't appear to be a way of contacting Airbnb. Looks like I might be moving to Tripadvisor, although I'd really like to use Airbnb.

I've tried using the App and this doesn't work either!

FIXED! After cursing AirBNB after attempts on Chrome, Fireforx, IE and Edge all failed, I just downloaded the AirBNB Mobile App. It showed me that I had not set a check-out time. I set this, along with the other fields the website had been prompting me to re-do each time (Property Description and Title) and it then let me Publish it live.

Anyone reading this may want to check that their check-out time is set and saved since my suspicion is that this field is not validated when AirBNB gives you the green ticks showing you're ready to publish.

Either way, using the mobile app to complete my listing has worked. Tuki Vineyard Cottage is finally online with AirBNB!

The same issue.......

Same!!!! What's going on?

I had the same problem.  I used my phone to finish the listing.   Try using a more modern device or app.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for letting us know about the issue preventing you from publishing your listing. I am very pleased to update you that this has now been resolved. 🙂

If you haven’t already published your listing, the quickest way to proceed with this is to take the following steps:

  1. Close your browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc) and open a new browser session. Visit airbnb.com and login to your account
  2. Visit ‘Your Listings’ tab under your Host Dashboard
  3. Click the Red ‘Finish Listing’ button
  4. Click on Step 2: “Continue" and fill out any remaining information (note: You may have to re-enter your description, title, or photos)
  5. Click 'Publish Listing'!

We are really sorry for any frustration this may have caused.

Please do let me know how you get on and if you have any additional questions on this.

Thanks,

Lizzie
