Can't seem to contact a support person

Can someone please help me to be able to contact a help person? I need to file a claim re Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy. It says "contact Airbnb for consideration" but for some reason I am getting the run around on both the app and the website and can't find somewhere where I can contact them. I did have a help support case open on this topic, but it has now been closed. Please HELP. Thank you 🙂
