Can we have an explanation for Guest on the listed price shown vs booking price

When a guest search & see my property, it shows the next available date price + cleaning fee (I'm not sure if it also includes the mgt fee cause I don't charge it) on the picture.  In most cases it would the odd 1 day only price, which would be much lower than the normal daily rate especially if smart pricing is on.   I find myself having to answer why it reflects one price and the booking price is so different when the potential guest books another set of dates further along the way.
