Cancelation policy

Will someone please explain to me what  "moderate cancelation" means. It says full refund up to five days prior to the reservation. My guest canceled three days before and got a full refund.

Something is not right, as the guest should recieve only 50% refund: cancellation_policies: moderate

Are you sure Airbnb did not cancel the reservation ?
