Cancellation Reviews

I have had a guest cancel but being new to hosting and not having had it done before, I didn't think to tell them to go and cancel it themselves. It was within the 24 hour cancellation period so they would not be getting a refund which was ok but now I'm being asked to review them.  I'd happily do that except the review is tailored to a guests stay and I can't assess them on cleanliness etc. I don't think it'd a good idea to ignore it?

You do not have to complete a guest review. It will not hurt you. Actually I am surprised you are even able to do one. I've never had that option when a guest cancelled.
