Hi,

 

can somebody assist me how to deal with a guest arrived today but is not staying and would like a full refund.

What  to do???

You will get your cancellation policy enacted, so it depends on which level you chose.

Just make sure that they cancel first so you don't get penalized and those dates blocked for future guests

We have a strict policy at our cabin. Since you can't re-rent it you would be losing money. You are a small business that depends on the income, so you must be firm and say that she Is outside of the cancellation period so no refund.
