Changeover day blocking bookings?

Hi I have a guest who want to book but the system wont let them. I think it may be because the changeover day shows another guest booked in, how do you overcome this?

Hi @David124 , check your Availability Settings to the upper right of your calendar.  Under Prep Time, you can select "none".  That way a day between guests is freed up.

Thanks for your advice. 

 

I have already set my preferences like this but it still blocks anyone from finding my property using availability dates where the start date is the changeover date?

 

I tried emailing AirBnB but they said I had to ring them and after 25 mins on hold gave up.  

 

Anyone any ideas?

I have the same problem syncing with my Google Calendar from which I manage my other bookings. I tried adding in check-in and check-out times, but this didn't work either. The only solution I found (until someone shows me a better way) is that on my google calendar I use 'all-day' and end the booking on the client's night (eg Saturday to Friday if they're leaving on Saturday morning).

 

Let me know if you've found a better solution!
