Changing address

Hi,
Looks like I entered the wrong address when I listed my place and guests are often getting lost despite my giving them multiple messages with the correct address. So I'd like to correct the address but cannot do so on my own, and the only way to change the address is by creating a new listing, which isn't ideal because the new listing will appear as a new listing without reviews. 

Please esclate this to airbnb support who can help me with this.
