Changing hosts for current listings

Hi, I need your help! Due to unforseen sad ciscumstances I am not longer able to host my listings. I found someone who can replace me and take over my listings inclusive the excisting reservations. How can I make this change of host in Airbnb? Appreciate your help, will need to do this asap. With thanks.
