Changing number of beds/size of beds

Anyone know how to change a listing’s number of beds or bed sizes?

Listings/Manage listings/Second edit button/Sleeping arrangements:

Menu "Listing details", edit first section "rooms and spaces", choose a "bedroom", edit "sleeping arrangements"

Thank you for your detailed reply Emily!  I must have a glitch in my system, because I don't get the same menu option under Edit rooms and spaces - just the number of types of rooms guests can access.  Bizarre.
