Changing the cancelation policy on a booking....

I have booked my first guest using Air BnB and realized the cancelation policy that it was booked under was not strict enough.  How would I go about changing the cancelation settings to be more strict?  Of course I will discuss with the guest and make sure they accept the changes.

@Matthew45 Normally, you can't alter the policy after accepting a booking. Of course, I suppose you could try to negotiate with the guest, but even if they agreed, in order to effect the change you'd also have to ask them to cancel the initial booking and rebook. That would cost them the AirBnB service fee at a minimum. You could offer to refund that, but this is just getting stickier and stickier, isn't it? I suggest you live with the booking as made, change your cancel policy for future bookings, and chalk this up as a lesson.
