Charges for guests on their accounts

Can anyone help with the question below please?

Hi Megan, Good day! I just want to check with you, based from the receipt, the amount of the booking was 533 SGD but the amount deducted to my account was 547.92 SGD. Kindly clarify the additional amount. Thank you. Regards, Sheryl

I believe it may be just bank fees, and international charges but if anyone can answer that would be appreciated.

It may be Airbnb fees. Have them contact AirBnB directly.

I would let the guest know that you have not charged for anything additional, and that the billing is controlled directly trough AirBnB, so they should inquire directly to them.
