Charging for more than one person

How can I alter the price for extra guests for specific days? When I alter the price it does so for the whole year. I want to increase the price for one guest during the summer and also for two people. I can't find an answer and the web site doesn;t seem to be able to do this.

you can set custom prices for some days or some period..... but custom price for cleaning fee or additional guests you can set only for all days from today in eternity
