Check in times

How can I change the check-in time on my listing? I go to "edit" but it does not appear. (I am also taken aback that there seems to be no way of contacting airbnb itself! Does it just take the money and then take no responsibility?)

Search the many many posts in this forum on how to contact Airbnb. Often easier to change settings on desktop. Regards
